    Trusted Wellness ships anywhere in the US. Most in stock items leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. On occasion, some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items typically ship within 3-4 business days. Orders with "Standard" shipping are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. "Expedited" orders will typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

    Most orders ship within 1 business day from our Scottsdale, Arizona warehouse. Current shipping rates are located on our Shipping & Returns page.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We gladly accept returns of unused and unworn merchandise within 30 days from when the order ships and/or the return window specified in the product details. You may choose to have your return refunded in the form of a store credit or to have the payment refunded to your credit card, just return your items in the original packaging with all accompanying materials.

    For health and safety reasons, Hygiene items are not returnable unless defective. If a defective hygiene item must be returned, please contact customer service at 1-480-887-8903 for special return instructions.

    Please allow 10 business days for transit plus an additional 7 days for the return to be processed and refunded. We will notify you via email when this process is complete.     Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable unless:

    • The item received is different than what was ordered
    • The item received is found to be defective within 30 days of original shipment date
